Shipping policy

At Kemi Colombo, our goal is to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live. Every week, we deliver more than 1000 packages to our customers across the Island, ensuring that we provide a smooth flow and at the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into 2 Categories:

• Processing time: Within 1-day Order verification, quality check, and packed. We are that efficient.

• Shipping time: Shipping is again broken down into 4 Categories:
• Normal Delivery

1. Great Colombo – The package generally delivers within 1-2 days.
2. Outstation Area – The package generally delivers within 2-3 days.
3. East & North – The package will be delivered within 3-4 days.

• Express Delivery – If the item is within Colombo 01 to 15 the item will be delivered the following day.

• Super-Fast Delivery – Any delivery will be made within 8 hours after order. This will be only for packages within Colombo 01-15.

• Except: If your package falls on a Saturday or Sunday your item will be only dispatched on Monday. For E.g. If you place an order on Friday, your item delivery will start next week Monday. We do not operate on Saturday and Sunday for deliveries.
• Public Holidays – We do not operate on Public Holidays under any circumstances.  
• Curfew Hours – We do work during Curfew Days and the deliveries will be made 1-2 days late.
